My dad makes this wonderful chicken schnitzel that will definitely put a step in your lederhosen
3 chicken breasts
3 cups of breadcrumbs
1 Lemon
3 eggs
1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 halves horizontally so it is thinner
2. Pound the chicken in to thin strips
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl
4. Dip the chicken in with the eggs and then into the bread crumbs
5, Fry in a pan with some oil
