Dad's Super Quick Eggs Benedict

This Eggs Benedict recipe is a sure way to get your family up an excited for breakfast but for a cheap affordable price.

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 3 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 pinch ground white pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 1 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

  • 8 strips Canadian-style bacon

  • 4 English muffins, split

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

1. Fill bottom of sauce pan with water and simmer. Add the yolks and the Worcestershire sauce and the butter along with the white pepper, lemon juice and the 1 tablespoon of water. Keep warm

2. Poach 2 eggs

3. Brown the canadian bacon in a pan

4. Toast the English muffin and put butter on it

5. Put the Canadian bacon first then the poached eggs and lastly top with the Hollendaise sauce.
