Chicken Enchilada, Mom Style


This chicken enchilada will make your mouth water guaranteed and its simple recipe means anyone can make it

4 boneless chicken breasts

1 chopped onion

1/2 pint sour cream

1 can of tomato sauce

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper (black)

1 clove of mince garlic

8 (10") flour tortillas

1. Cook the chicken in a pan with salt and pepper

2. Drain the chicken and add the onion, sour cream, more black pepper and salt, and the cheddar cheese

3. Wait till the cheese melts then add in the tomato sauce and garlic.

4, Put the chicken and sauce in the tortilla and fold place in a baking pan (pre-heated to 350) and add excess sauce to top along with cheese

5. Bake for 20 minute uncovered
